He is the past President of the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines. |

Shaunee Casavant

| Shaunee Casavant was elected Chief Councillor of the Hupacasath First Nation in April 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) from the University of Victoria. Born and raised in Port Alberni, Chief Casavant has held positions including Administrator and Director of Care for the Tsawaayuus Care Facility in Port Alberni, Executive Director of the BC First Nations Summit Chiefs' Health Committee, course designer and instructor in the award-winning Aboriginal Health Care Administration Program at the University of British Columbia, Executive Director of the Hupacasath Development Corporation, General Manager of an Aboriginal Capital Corporation and as principal of her own consulting firm, Tiichmis Consulting Ltd., providing research, writing and management services for a diverse number of agencies. As Site Manager of the Assisted Living Residence at Tsawaayuus (Rainbow Gardens) in Port Alberni she has overseen registration, policy and program development and planned transition of control from the Health Authority to the West Coast Native Health Care Society. She is actively involved in participating in and promoting Nuuchahnulth cultural rituals and ceremonies. |

| Ms. Dea is a Chartered Accountant who joined Polaris in October 2005 from Deloitte & Touche LLP where she was a senior manager in their Assurance & Advisory division. In her eleven years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, her main focus was auditing and public company reporting in the junior resource mining sector, both in Canada and the United States. Ms. Dea was appointed VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Polaris in May 2006. |

Marco A. Romero

| Mr. Romero is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of diversified experience in the mining and construction materials industries. Mr. Romero is the President and CEO of Delta Minerals Corporation, a mineral exploration and development company. He has held senior roles in exploration, environmental permitting, mine development and operations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and business management. Mr. Romero was the founder of Polaris Minerals Corporation and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2008. He was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. from 1998 to 2000. He was a co-founder and Executive Director of Eldorado Gold Corporation from 1991 to 1998. From 1983 to 1991, he was the founder and head of a mineral exploration consulting firm. |

Harry P. Sutherland

| Mr. Sutherland was the VP Finance and CFO of Polaris from August 2000 to April 2006. He has over 30 years experience in senior financial responsibilities in the mining industry. He was the past Chief Financial Officer of Manhattan Minerals Corp. from 1996 to 1999, Chief Financial Officer of Eldorado Gold from 1995 to 1996, Manager of Finance of Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Ltd. from 1993 to 1995, and Chief Financial Officer of Imperial Metals Corporation from 1984 to 1992. Mr. Sutherland held various finance and management positions with Gold Fields of South Africa Ltd. from 1971 to 1982. |

Tyson Touchie

| Tyson Thomas Touchie Sr. is a driven Yuu thlu ilth aht (Ucluelet) First Nation ("YFN") member who has been involved with Eagle Rock Materials Ltd. and Eagle Rock Aggregates Inc. since their incorporation. Named Nanim-sakwa-chisht, he is a speaker for the YFN's hereditary Chief and an avid advocate for local sustainable development. Mr. Touchie is the President of Ucluth Development Corporation and is involved with numerous projects dedicated to generating wealth for the Yuu thlu ilth aht. Mr. Touchie is also the Treaty Implementation Manager for the YFN and is helping prepare his community for self government in 2011. He is an enthusiastic basketball coach and loves escaping for a surfing session at Wickaninnish beach. |

| Mr. Wilson has over 35 years of experience in the development and operation of construction materials and industrial minerals operations. Mr. Wilson was a founder, director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Global Stone Corporation from 1992 to 1998, a Toronto-listed public company producing construction aggregates and lime products. Mr. Wilson is the past President of United States Lime & Minerals Inc. from 1999 to 2000 producing lime products and construction materials from limestone quarries located in the south-central states. |
